Jaco is a seasoned Change Management Professional and Team Building Expert.

His area of expertise centres on Quick Turnaround Solution-Focussed consulting, which delivers immediate focus and direction in times of uncertainty and change, both for professional individuals and teams.

He established the “Brief Interventions Therapy” at The Matthew Project (a charity in Norfolk, UK), in which a combination of various quick result methods are used to help people move forward immediately.

He has extensive experience working with and helping people with a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. He is exceptional in helping individuals and teams set and achieve their goals.

Jaco has completed his Masters degree in Clinical Pastoral care and counselling and is presently undertaking a Professional Doctorate researching Quick Turnaround Strategies in both individuals and teams. He’s also a certified NLP Practitioner and qualified Coach.
