Andries Smit ACA CA (SA)

Andries is a Chartered Accountant by profession but a Change Management Consultant by Trade.

Over the last 7 years he’s worked for and with some of the top Professional Services firms, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Morgan Stanley, Aviva Insurance, and Royal Bank of Scotland, specialising in Change Programmes dealing with restructuring, rationalisation and optimisations.

His real passion however lays in smaller professional services firms such as accountancy, legal and medical practices – to help BUILD strong sustainable businesses and teams!

He has more than a decade’s experience in training and consulting and believes that any change or challenge is an opportunity for growth.
